Privacy Policy

Effective November 5, 2026 · Applies to the PresidentialElection.app website, its related election domains, and the "Presidential Election" apps for Android and iOS.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information. The app and website do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, location, photos, or any other personal data, and there is no sign-in.

Information stored on your device

A few preferences are stored only on your own device, such as your light or dark theme choice and whether you minimized the live results widget. This information never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time by clearing the app's data or your browser's site data.

Network requests

To show up-to-date candidate lists and live race results, the app downloads public data files from presidentialelection.app. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may briefly process standard technical information, such as your IP address and device type, to deliver the content and protect against abuse. We do not use this information to identify you or build a profile, and we do not combine it with other data.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google's privacy policy applies to those requests.

Third parties, advertising and tracking

We do not show advertising. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and we do not sell or share personal information with anyone.

Children

The app is a general-audience information resource. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Political content

PresidentialElection.app is an independent information service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or paid by any candidate, campaign, political party, or government agency. Listing a person does not mean we endorse them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
